Known as “Villa Margarita”, this property is a one-story single-family house built in the last quarter of the 19th century. It is notable for its neoclassical architecture, including a portico with caryatids and hipped roofs. It is part of the protected heritage of Otrobanda, in the historic center of Willemstad.
In this case, both the façade and part of the building's interior were restored with the aim of repurposing it for future tourism use.

This assignment was based on creating an amazing house located near the sea, with a sloping terrain which is a particular challenge. The highlights of this house is the infinity pool, wich offer a direct sea view and the hipped roof which is a characteristic feature of the city.
Infinity style pool that matches the background and the architectural environment of the surroundings.
